Mixem Solutions Ltd., a renowned mobile internet technology solution provider, announced today an agreement regarding the delivery of comprehensive mobile social networking and 3G service portal system for Uganda Telecom (UTL). UTL is a leading operator in Uganda and part of the LAP Green Network Group that operates in 7 African countries including Niger, Uganda, Rwanda, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone, Togo and Zambia covering total over 10 million subscribers.

The new mobile internet service offering provides UTL mobile subscribers an easy access to social networking and media while bringing them a full range of mobile content services, from music to videos. The new portal enables also new innovative ways to exchange mobile gifts and vouchers between friends and family members.
